- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Assertive and having high enthusiasm for learning and challenge
- Has personal conviction, drive, and credibility
- Good planning, organizing, and teamwork skills
- Detail Conscious, persistence, and good evaluation and analytical thinking
- Good English and computer literate is a must
