PT Istana Karang Laut a privately owned Indonesian company, was established in 1981 to supply process equipment, plants and facilities for the Oil + Gas Industry. Today ISTANA KARANG LAUT is a fully established and experienced Supplier of Pre-Assembled Process Equipment & EPC Contractor involved in Design, and Construction of Process Plant in Indonesia, South East Asia as well as Central Asia and the Middle East.

PT Istana Karang Laut, a leading and fast growing Process Equipment & EPC Contractor in Oil and Gas industry, is immediately seeking highly qualified and experience professional who can work as a team with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives to fill the following positions for:

Piping Draftman

Requirement:

• Prepare equipment layout


• Prepare piping routing (3D Autoplant)


• Prepare piping GA


• Prepare isometric drawing


• Prepare piping MTO


• Prepare pipe support location plan

Qualification:

• Min Technical High School / D3 Engineering preferably from mechanical


• Min 5 years in oil & gas industry


• Good understanding of Rebis / Autoplant, PDS, PDMS and Autocad softwares (all Version)


• Good experience in designing equipment arrangement & piping layout, piping isometric


• Willing to be hired as 6 month contract status

Secretary to Director

Requirement:
In charge of daily administrative routine matters related to Director including:

• Handling incoming / outgoing correspondence to internal staff, vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, PSC either through fax, e-mail, letter and internet


• Ensuring incoming / outgoing correspondence of all department goes into master file for review of Director


• Securing Director itinerary / agenda / appointments / overseas travel arrangement


• Supervise and ensure proper filing system is carried out by Document Keeper to access easy record retrieval


• Handling / incoming / outgoing telephone calls of Director.

Qualification:

• Min D3 Secretarial education or similar


• Min 3 years experience of secretarial experience


• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) in Indonesian and English


• Proficiency in minimum Microsoft office program
