Collection Head
(Jakarta Raya - Bandung, Malang, Surabaya, Palembang, Lampung)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through optimal portfolio management
   
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00


• Maximum age of 33 years old


• Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position


• Showing good leadership skill, systematic and strong analystical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever


• Ready to be assigned at any Indonesia region

Branch Manager
(Jakarta Raya - all around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process to achieve branch's target from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services. The ideal candidate should show great competencies in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university


• Maximum age of 33 years old


• Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience at similar position


• Showing good leadership skill, systematic and strong analytical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever


• Ready to be assigned at any Indonesia region

Service Head (SHE)
(All Around Indonesia)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage service function in branch. It includes managing branch service standard, paper administration, human resources, information technology and general affairs. The main function is building service delight to the internal and external customer, in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Service Head or Administration Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to develop and building service excellent culture to employees, ability to motivate others and good communication. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
