Legal Superintendent

Requirements:

• Male or female (28-35 years old).
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent from reputable university.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Job role in Legal Superintendent.
• Should be willing to travel.
• Having experience in mining industry.

Finance Project Controller

Requirements:

• Male/Female, 25-30 years old.
• Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
• Working knowledge of data analysis.
• Having good communication.
• Willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Contract Mining Analyst

Requirements:

• Male/Female, 25-35 years old.
• Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
• Having good communication.

HRD Manager

Requirements:

• Male or female, Indonesian citizen with excellent health.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the mining industry is required for this position.
• Very Good in analyzing, arranging and organizing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as team player.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated and hard working under pressures.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
• Should be willing to be placed on site.

Head of Recruitment & Assessment Section

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Recruitment/Staffing or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

Civil Engineer (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, or Mine Engineering
• At least four (4) years experience in surveying and engineering calculation, preferably in haul road construction
• Experience in the design of haul roads will be an advantage
• Working knowledge of 3D CAD software such as in roads is a must
• Working knowledge of MS Excel software
• Knowledge of engineering work plan and control methods
• The candidate needs to be a good communicator and commercially aware
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
• 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Surveyor (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Survey or Geodetic Engineering or related field
• At least two (2) years experience in surveying and engineering calculation, preferably in haul road construction
• Ability to demonstrate comprehension and operation of survey equipment
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of haul road operations and survey functions
• High level of communication skills � verbal and written
• Good PC Skills and computer literacy with extensive knowledge in 3D CAD
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
• 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Haul Road Construction Supervisor (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer or Mine Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in mining area preferably hauling road supervision
• Have ability in employees supervision
• Pengawas Operasional Pratama competence certified
• Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized and/or CAD drawing system
• Strong in analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent in time management skills to handle multiple tasks and following through on projects and handling multiple tasks
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
• 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Payroll (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• At least two (2) years experience in payroll experience including a strong knowledge of payroll, wage, tax laws and regulations preferably in mining haul road construction
• Good knowledge in handling payroll, incl. tax PPH21 monthly and SPT, Jamsostek, and understand General Ledger
• Good PC Skills and computer literacy especially Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
• 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

Project Manager for Haul Road Construction (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree in Civil Engineer, or Mine Engineering
• Min. 10 years previous experiences in mining operation preferably in haul road construction
• Willing to work extended hours to ensure project completion on time
• Pengawas Operasional Madya competence certified
• Computer literate, including knowledge of computerized and/or CAD drawing systems
• Organizational, supervisory and negotiating skills
• Analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and detail records
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining
• 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)

HR & Recruitment (1 Year Contract)

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Law
• At least four (4) years experience in labor relations, recruiting, training, compensation & benefits, public relations preferably in mining haul road construction
• High level communication, negotiation, influencing and change management skills
• Good PC Skills and computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge and understanding of the statutory regulations relevant to safety and the environment for the mining industry
• 1 Year Contract and willingness to be positioned on site (Kalimantan Area)
